GAMS mode for Emacs version 3.6.4 is released. This is a minor update.

• Added “nonnegative variables” to the GAMS statement list.
• Changed the key-binding of `gams-comment-dwim-inline’ to `C-cM-;’.
• Added minor change on `gams-insert-statement-extended’ (C-cC-n).
