GAMS mode for Emacs version 3.6.5 is released. This is a bug fix release.

• The previous version (ver.3.6.4) includes a bug in indentation function for $macro block. It is fixed in this version.
• Fixed the bug related to $oneolcom and $offeolcom. In the previous versions, GAMS mode sometimes does not work well in files with $oneolcom and $offeolcom.
• Added minor changes on `gams-model-library’.
